Work together to break through barriers that cannot be met alone.

It follows the conventional components of the mark ‘Dai’（大） forest and Kama ‘ta’（田）. Objects reminiscent of aeroplanes and rockets, which make up the ‘big’ time, take off from places that remind one of the ‘rice’ fields, such as plum trees and orchards. The fact that everything is composed entirely of circles means that the circles (Circle) to which each of us belongs overlap and become one big circle. The small ‘circle’ takes off into the unimagined future and expresses the wish that this is a firm place where we will break through any difficulties ahead.
