Vent your feelings
Stress and worries that usually accumulate in our daily lives can accumulate without our awareness. People who are calm and do not accumulate stress may not have expectations of others, but they are often able to separate and dissipate these expectations without being conscious of them.
It is the most ideal form to have a good solution in advance, rather than to suffer after the troubles have piled up and piled up. This solution is also easier than thinking about it after worries have piled up and judgment has become dull, which means doing what you love.
If you feel that talking and being in contact with others is the best way to get rid of it, then being with someone else is the best way. However, even someone you feel comfortable with is still a stranger. Assuming that they are absolutely universal is another danger. So having “likes” is a necessary part of valuing the other person.
And the more that “liking” is in its own unique way, the less it is influenced by others. When you can have your own unique perspective, it is easier to forgive yourself.
